The O.E.D Model

Each of my packages are completely customised dependent on the family I work with, so please get in touch for a more specific cost.
Below is a breakdown of my pricing structure. Each package includes O.E.D. (Observe Engage Develop)

Observe – Initial Observation

& Information Gathering

In the first 'Observe' session in your home, I can observe hundreds of unique behaviors and communication styles displayed by your child that some parents may be unable to identify or understand.

Here I begin to develop my custom-tailored program for the child and you.

My observation of your child will enable me to gather vital information.

My next step will be to discuss ways to support your family as a whole.

Engage – Home session (1 hour)

In order to ensure your child is set up for maximum success, I offer a minimum of six sessions in each package. To ensure that we are making consistent progress throughout the six sessions, I will use a variety of engagement techniques that I have acquired over my 18 years of experience to ensure that we are engaging with each other effectively and making progress.

I will invite you to be an active participant in your child's sessions as we work towards achieving agreed goals; thus, narrowing the gap between your current skills and knowledge, and providing your child with the tools to better address his or her development and daily needs as they grow.

Extras – Zoom Time (1 hour)

Most families like to schedule ad hoc online meeting/zoom time with me throughout the six week programme as they have questions or need advice, I can include this within my packages to ensure the families have additional support.

Develop – Summary Report

The six week package includes a follow-up report after each session which you can share with other professionals who work with you, your child, and/or the nursery or day care setting to achieve consistency across all settings.

The first ‘Observe’ session in your home allows me to analyse hundreds of different unique behaviours and communication styles displayed by the child that some parents may be struggling to interpret or understand. This is where I start to build my custom-tailored programme for the child and you. I will be able to observe your child and gather vital information. I will then discuss ways in which I may be able to support you as a family.

Engage – Home

session (1 hour) -

If you agree to proceed, I will provide an agreed number of 1 hour play based sessions, weekly/fortnightly, working directly with you and your child in the home. I will start to implement the approach identified on your child’s individualised, tailor-made programme. I will share my wealth of knowledge, techniques and strategies and encourage you to be an active participant as you build on your skills to support your child.
You will be invited to be an active participant in your child’s sessions as we will work towards achieving agreed goals; thus, narrowing the gap between your current knowledge and skills to better address your child’s development and daily needs over time. After each home session, I can write up a short post-session follow up report for you to share with other professionals working with you and your child and/or nursery or day care setting so that a consistent approach across all settings can be achieved. This is important in helping your child learn effectively and generalise the skills acquired at home.
