During my 20 years experience I have practised a range of evidence based strategies that focus on developing a child’s communication, attention, early learning, self help and play skills.
Empathy – I have worked with many families, I recognise that they are the true experts on their child and the importance in viewing each family/child as unique, spending time listening to the family to help me understand what is important to them.
Empowerment – sharing the skills I have gained over the past twenty years to enable the parents and carer’s development in promoting their understanding in communicating with their child, building on their child’s attention, early learning skills and joining in with their child’s play.
Nurture – enabling the children and families to develop and grow through collaborative training and coaching.
